Here at Onprem2Cloud IT Solutions, your satisfaction is always our primary goal. That is why we customize our packages depending on your needs. We have packages that exclude the Anti-Virus software.
However, we would like you to also consider our suggestions. You can really feel secured and protected if you also avail the basic inclusions in terms of products and services.
We often hear horror stories which could have been prevented if the necessary precautions in protecting your devices are considered. We only want to keep your data safe.
Onprem2Cloud IT Solutions only wants the best for our clients. All our packages are exclusive for 1 year with automatic yearly renewal. Service renewal after the initial one (1) year term will be automatically billed 30 days prior to expiry unless there is advance 30-day notice of termination from the client.
Restoration of the service after thirty (30) days from expiry may require additional charges. All expired account records (email, website, domain name, SSL certificate, DB, etc.) will be erased after thirty (30) days from expiry and can no longer be retrieved.
We will notify you ahead of time to ensure that you have enough time to decide.
Onprem2Cloud IT Solutions offers products and services that can be accessed easily.
Likewise, we do not want to give our clients any hassle in terms of payments. We have different modes of payment to serve you efficiently:
- Credit transfer to Banks
- PayMaya
- GCash
- PayMongo
Yes, we do accept cash payments. A sales invoice will be issued and will be sent to the client/s via email.
